Brenda McAdoo, J.D.

Executive Director and Associate Professor

Brenda McAdoo brings more than 22 years of experience as an FBI hostage negotiator to her work in leadership development, conflict resolution and executive coaching. A certified mediator and de-escalation instructor, she helps leaders strengthen communication, build trust and navigate high-stakes situations with confidence.

Matt Daniel, Ed.D.

AVP, Partnership Development

Dr. Matt Daniel researches what drives teams to flourish while others fracture, including the effects of psychological safety and abusive supervision. He also teaches organizational change and chairs doctoral dissertations worldwide. With 25+ years leading global teams through change, he brings research and lived experience to executive leadership development.

Reagan Waggoner, M.S., M.Div.

Director of Training and Client Solutions

Reagan Waggoner brings experience in training, nonprofit leadership and organizational development. He designs leadership programs for a range of audiences and helps teams strengthen emotional intelligence, align around shared goals and build healthier organizations.

Where are the workshops held?

Both workshops are held in person at ACU's Dallas campus at 16633 Dallas Parkway, Suite 800, Addison, TX 75001. The collaborative, face-to-face format provides opportunities to learn alongside peers, engage in facilitated discussions and apply new leadership strategies in real time.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes. Participants who meet the attendance and engagement requirements receive a certificate of completion and a digital badge recognizing their achievement.

Can my organization register multiple participants?

Yes. Organizations may register multiple employees for either workshop. For group registration or billing questions, contact our team before completing registration at matt.daniel@acu.edu.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registrants may cancel up to two weeks before the workshop for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the workshop are eligible for a credit toward a future ACU leadership workshop.

Are meals provided?

Yes. Continental breakfast and lunch are provided on site each day. Executive Leadership Workshop participants will receive a boxed lunch to go on the final half-day.

Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary outdoor parking is available at ACU's Dallas campus for workshop participants. Additional parking details and arrival information will be provided before the workshop.

How do I receive my digital badge?

After completing the workshop and meeting the attendance requirement, you'll receive your badge electronically through ACU's credentialing platform, along with instructions for accessing and sharing it.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Bring a laptop or tablet if you prefer digital note-taking, along with your leadership challenges and questions. ACU will provide the workshop materials needed for the experience.

Who is eligible for the $500 discount?

A $500 discount is available to employees of ACU's corporate and community partner organizations, as well as current ACU students, alumni and employees. Eligibility will be verified during the payment process.
